配送のご依頼を受けてから3日以内に発送いたします。
*予約商品に関しましては、商品説明に納期の目安が記載されていますので、そちらが適応となる為、日時指定は受けられませんので、ご了承くださいませ。
金曜日のご注文の場合、土日祝日は発送を行えない為、明けて月曜日以降の発送になります。

日時指定は土日祝日を除く、3営業日以降に限りお受けしております。

複数点をお求めの方は必ずゆうパックの指定をお願いいたします。
他の配送方法を設定された場合、システム上、一度全てキャンセルをさせて頂き、改めて注文をして頂かなくてはなりません。

For Europe, any shipping method is possible. International e-packet has a tracking number, but there is a weight limit, so if the weight is exceeded, the package will be shipped separately.

For the United States, Canada, Australia, etc., international e-packet is not available at this time, so small packets without tracking number and insurance are the cheapest way to send. Small packets also have a weight limit, so if your package exceeds the weight limit, it will be shipped separately. It takes about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.
There is no tracking number, but there have been no reports of packages not arriving.
However, please understand that it is ultimately your decision.

EMS is a bit more expensive, but it has a tracking number and arrives faster than small packets.

In Asia, international e-packet and EMS are available for East Asian countries such as Korea, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia.
In the west of Asia, all air services have been suspended, so we will ship by sea or use other airlines.

For international shipments, shipping fees will be charged for each item, as all shipping methods are based on weight.
The shipping costs are set at a flat rate, which is the middle of the shipping costs when shipping worldwide.

返品について

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品には応じません。
